The Solution

Having worked with Melin Homes many times over the years when they decided to expand into the old HMRC offices next door adding much needed office space to their existing HQ Melin engaged COS Interiors to provide various space planning options as to how they could use the new space enabling them to have a new reception location, new Boardroom and new IT Training area, also new open plan office space.

In addition to the above the Project involved new carpeting to the Ground Floor, complete overhaul of the IT Data wiring, various power alterations, installation of Projector System in IT Training Room.

One interesting challenge was to design and install a screen system so that the whole Melin Board could see images during presentations without having difficulty seeing a single wall mounted screen. COS Interiors worked with the client, trying various options, and came up with a fully wired screen system centrally placed using 4 TV Screens. Each user of the boardroom has easy access to the internet together with power from the same access source. All the wiring is concealed and designed in such a way as to provide a slick and smart modern way to work and have meetings.
