The Solution

COS Interiors were appointed Principal Contrcator to carry out the complete internal and exterior refurnishment of the Bank premises.

This project involved decoration to the exterior facade and the installation of low level railings to identify the bank space more clearly.

Internally all floors were completely redesigned and updated to provide a fresh and modern working environment for the bank staff.

Reception was relocated to No 29 and totally revamped to provide a modern warm and welcoming space to both customers and general visitors.

Summary of work included in this project.....power/data, air conditioning, new glazed partitions, new suspended ceilings, new lighting, old WC areas totally gutted and refitted, new modern tea point and kitchen areas created at various locations, door entry, fire alarms, smoke sensors, decorations, carpeting, furnishings, building works.
