The Solution

Our client surrendered their lease and within the terms of their of their lease had to return the floor to it's previous condition when lease originally taken over.

Work was carried out to a very tight programme and all works were completed and handed over within a 3 week contract period.

Work entailed stripping out of all partition walls, strip all air conditioning internal pipework and cassettes also external pipework and condensors, all data wiring removed, all floor power boxes returned to original positions and wired accordingly, decoration throughout, remedial repairs to kitchen areas, new floor coverings, repairs to suspended ceilings, re-arrangement of lighting, new double aluminium door set supplied and installed. Security, smoke sensors, fire alarm were all altered in keeping with new open plan layout.

All waste from this project was disposed in line with current waste disposal regulations.
