Building Maintenance

Following on from our fit-out and refurbishment works for our clients we have expanded into building maintenance and deal with a vast array of problems our customer has with their office facilities both interior and exterior.

Recently we have carried out exterior roof repairs, dealt with exterior drainage problems, replaced windows throughout, carried out dilapidation works from resulting termination of leases, renewed stonework and cleaned up existing stonework, prepared and applied tarmac together with car park bay lines. Decoration and sorting electrical problems have always been a part of our service range.
